Free Yale Classes: Is This Real Life?

13 Sep

Are you Pre-Med, but secretly miss the joys of reading Shakespeare? Has your demanding History major prevented you from taking an Environmental Studies class that caught your eye? Do you just wish could learn more, but at your own pace?

Yale University’s website oyc.yale.edu has received critical acclaim for it’s commitment to open-source education. Open Yale is available to anyone, yes, anyone, and offers 100-level courses from upwards of twenty different departments. Whether you are interested in learning more about “Roman Architecture,” “Game Theory,” or “Listening to Music,” there is certainly a little something for everyone. The best part (aside from it costing zero dollars) is that all the classes are offered in text, video, and audio format , so you can load it up on your ipod and listen to it in the car or at the gym.

Be a lifelong learner, check it out! http://oyc.yale.edu/
